(1) Tourist visa will be given to foreign tourists visiting Nepal.
(2) Tourist visa will be issued for a maximum of one hundred and fifty days in one visa year.
(3) Tourists who leave without completing the period specified in the visa issued in one visa year will not be allowed to use the remaining period in the next visa year.
(4) If a foreigner wants to enter Nepal towards the end of one visa year and stay on a tourist visa for the next visa year, he can use that facility. But the calculation of the fee for such a period will be done on the basis of the total period of stay.
(5) Application for tourist visa should be made in the format as per schedule-1.
